40 Years of Serving
2023 marked the 40th anniversary of the Family Resource Center, Inc. (FRC), a non-profit agency devoted to providing services to domestic violence and sexual violence victims in Bland, Carroll, Grayson, Smyth and Wythe counties and Galax city. This is a momentous occasion, and we celebrate the incredible work the FRC has done over the past 40 years to help those in need.
FRC has been a beacon of hope for countless individuals and families in our communities, providing vital services such as advocacy, crisis counseling, court support, and shelter. FRC’s services have been essential in helping survivors to gain the strength and resources they need to break free from the cycle of domestic violence and to take important steps toward healing.
FRC conducted a “40 for 40” campaign for the year with a request of donations of $40 (or more) to further the FRC’s mission. Your donations go towards providing services for survivors of domestic and sexual violence in our community, and will ensure that the FRC can continue to help those in need.
This anniversary marks a tremendous milestone for the FRC and the thousands of survivors it has helped over the past 40 years. We hope you will join us to celebrate FRC’s work and to help us continue to make a difference in the lives of those in need.
